Have been with them over ten years and they are the best. Our relationship started when the car dealer service could not get my previous vehicle fixed correctly. When I came to TAS they had my vehicle running like new. Purchased a Rav4 in 2015 and they have serviced it from the very beginning and have had no roadside problems, which also includes my husbands vehicle. We are so blessed we found them and will not go to anyone else!

Every time I bring my vehicles I ask them to check on various things such as squeaky brakes, shocks, or various sounds that I have convinced myself are indicators that I might soon be stranded on the side of the road. I am prepared to pay repairs and replacement that will likely cost more than $1,000.00. To my pleasant surprise they check and explain that my concerns are unfounded and I do not need to repair or replace anything. This is an honest shop that I recommend everyone patronize. We need more business like this in our community. I have been taking my vehicles here for more than 6 years and never been disappointed. They also have a clean and inviting waiting area if you choose to stay and wait for your car.

I've been bringing my Mazda 6 to The Auto Service for a few years. This morning I arrived a bit early for my appointment. I was taken aback when a cleaning team of four people emerged from the garage. When I went inside to drop off my key, I immediately noticed how spotless the garage was. And the patron louge was sparkling! The atmosphere and dedication from all the employees is first rate and the service provided excellent!

We were looking for a new mechanic that we could trust to do just necessary work at affordable prices. We scheduled for an oil change and Steve offered to check on an additional issue that the dealer had flagged free of any charge. We left the car Sunday night to be started Monday morning and there were initially some miscommunications on authorization to begin the work. Steve had not left enough notes for the morning technician, John. John called to get authorization Monday morning, but unfortunately I had missed the call and was unable to contact him back until the afternoon. He clarified with me an additional request on something to screen through their diagnostic scan. Again, done free of charge. John completed the oil change early Tuesday morning and called immediately to let us know the car was ready for pickup. The oil change was more expensive than elsewhere, but with everything they additionally checked for us, it was a good value.
