We were looking for a new mechanic that we could trust to do just necessary work at affordable prices. We scheduled for an oil change and Steve offered to check on an additional issue that the dealer had flagged free of any charge. We left the car Sunday night to be started Monday morning and there were initially some miscommunications on authorization to begin the work. Steve had not left enough notes for the morning technician, John. John called to get authorization Monday morning, but unfortunately I had missed the call and was unable to contact him back until the afternoon. He clarified with me an additional request on something to screen through their diagnostic scan. Again, done free of charge. John completed the oil change early Tuesday morning and called immediately to let us know the car was ready for pickup. The oil change was more expensive than elsewhere, but with everything they additionally checked for us, it was a good value.
