Drove from Oklahoma to California; about halfway through I received a “Drivetrain Malfunction” error, must o my concern I was able to arrive safely and contacted TAS promptly! They were able to see me quickly and had my repairs done with professionalism, expertise and efficiency! The staff was extremely courteous, polite and experienced. They provided transportation from - and to the shop! I highly recommend this place, a place I can trust!

This is my new place. They took me seriously when I told them what I thought the problem was. No second guessing. They charged what I expected for the repair and had me out in less than two hours for a new starter. The front office employees made sure I was comfortable and had toys for my toddler who was with me during the repair. I had a great experience.

Used The Auto Service to service my car today. Very please with their work. Facility is clean. Great customer service, shuttled me to and from work and best of all quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and then charged me less after the service. I haven't used TAS yet, but called from out of state yesterday to discuss having a pre purchase inspection done on a vehicle I am considering purchasing from a nearby dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about my conversation with John and the positive impression he left me with. Should things work out, I will absolutely be bringing the vehicle to them to inspect and I expect that I will receive honest, impeccable service. The heater core was leaking and needed to be replaced. The repair was done perfectly.

I found The Auto Service through the AAA website. I noticed they had high reviews so I thought I'd give them a try 🙂 I have to say from the moment I walked in I felt to welcome and comfortable. John was very helpful and offered great customer service. They also relieved the stress of having to find a ride back to the mechanic to pick up my car. I was offered to get picked up from my house and to the shop by John. That was very kind of them. Their driver was awesome and so was Rafael. Thanks guys, I'll be back 😎

Met me in the TAS parking lot while I was just getting my seatbelt off. Immediately assigned my car to be worked on. Clean and neat enclosed waiting area so no fumes from autos. Very friendly staff. I've used TAS for several years. Always with this excellent service.
