I researched thru Google for a independent auto repair shop to service what I thought was a issue with my 2012 Subaru Outback transmission. I found TAS, The Auto Service with recent 5 star reviews. In business for 40+ years, a authorized AAA repair shop which tells me I would get high quality honest repair for the money I would be spending. I called to set an appointment, I spoke to the service mgr, John, who was very pleasant. I was informed of the progress of the work being done by Glenn on my car as I waited. No problems with my transmission, it was my rear brakes. Very surprised by the customer lounge with Wi-Fi access, bring your tablet/laptop. Most definitely felt treated like family. Yes, John did say to me, we like to treat you like family.

Outstanding service! All staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had my car in and out within 45 minutes to asses my problem and change my battery. I called same day and was able to get in within an hour of calling. Glen assisted me upon arrival and was very communicative of their process. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for mechanical assistance!!

Called them 20 minutes before arrival. They took my 2014 Porsche into the shop immediately for an emission test. Left the shop 20 minutes later with my certificate. Fast, friendly , Professional. Shop was super clean. I plan to take all my regular maintenance to them in the future.
