I received prompt and courteous service when my car had an issue and I was visiting from out of town. It's common in businesses to feel like you're just another customer in a long line of customers, but that is not how I felt here. I felt valued as a human being and I felt like my personal circumstances mattered to them. I felt like the price was very fair. I highly recommend the Auto Service in Santa Ana. My experience with them exceeded all expectations I had.
