I've been a customer for 25+ years. That should tell you about customer satisfaction. Steve, John and the team are consistent in their servicing vehicles for repairs & maintenance, customer care and genuine concern. I would say they go beyond most auto shops in these areas. I recall some years ago, my car was going into a coma before I could get it off Grand into the parking lot. Steve and another employee ran out and pushed my car in before the traffic could catch us. The car recovered and is going strong. Thank you Steve and team for all the great service!

Brought my car in to see if I needed anything done as I wasnt sure what was needed at 65k. They inspected the vehicle, told me everything looked great and did not charge me for their service. I was in and out in under an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend if looking for an auto repair shop that isnt a dealership!

I went to "The Auto Service" for the first time today. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in. They were friendly, professional and well organized. I went in for an oil change (with an appointment) and was out in about half an hour. They even did a inspection of my car's belts, hoses, battery, tires, etc. I will be back when I need another service. They have a nice waiting room too.
