It was my first time. I just bought a used Volvo and read good things about TAS and that they’ve worked with Volvos! Steve was great - I even asked him a lot of questions BEFORE I bought my car. Then I brought it in and he did a free inspection to review key things. As a woman I really appreciate how open and clean the garage is, with a nice waiting area. Look forward to bringing car back for regular maintenance.
