Couldn’t ask for a better place to bring my vehicles for maintenance and repairs. Had my rear brakes and rotors replaced last Friday. Fast and efficient. I should add that I have been coming since January of 1982.

My car broke down near the repair shop, triple a recommended it and I got my car towed there. Upon entering I was immediately attended and was told that I would Be one hour before they could take a look at my car and it would be 150 dollars for the inspection. John Pizanie called a driver so I could be taken home. About one hour later I got a call from him and was told that unfortunately my car's engine was dead and they couldn't repair it. He told me to go to the repair shop and pick up my car and there would be no charge.

My family and I have been exclusively isolating since the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic due to being high risk, with the exception of going for car rides. When my service light came on, we knew we didn’t want to wait and risk a breakdown, but couldn’t take it to the shop and remain isolated. The auto service drove to our home, picked up the car, inspected the vehicle, called before doing any work on it to get approval, returned the car, sanitized it, and left the keys at the front door. They went above and beyond to make sure we stayed safe. I will forever be a customer and can’t thank them enough for doing this for us. It’s people and companies like them that give me hope in this crazy world. Thank you!!!!
