They can handle any problem, any car... Recently got my Audi Q5 mystery solved!!! Thanks guys! A rare fuel injection failure that stumped many other mechanics including Audi !! + They fixed it for $400 less than the other estimate. I took my car in for a AAA free 40 pt check. The shop was very clean and well organized with a full lounge for waiting. When the inspection was complete Steve let me know that my car was in good shape and all I needed were new tires (which I knew). He was very professional and respectful with no attempt to sell any services. I will continue to go to TAS for all my auto service needs. As a follow up: I have continued to use The Auto Service and my confidence in their services has increased each time. I am so grateful to have found a place to take my car and to know that I will be treated with respect. I know that they are working to provide excellent customer service and are doing their best to keep my car well serviced and safe.

John was super helpful with explaining to me what I had to do to get my car back up and running. I have no clue what certain parts were and he made it all relatable by using analogies. As a young woman, I felt welcomed by the workers and I was comfortable, unlike other auto shops I’ve visited before. This is my 1st visit, but definitely not my last! Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car.

I took my car to the Auto Service for a maintenance visit. I waited for my car in the wonderful waiting area. They let me know that everything is sterilized before/after each customer. They always do a wonderful job on my cars, always professional and wonderful people!!
